Social host liability can be incurred by someone who throws

injures or kills him or herself or others. Over 30 states, including Oregon and Washington, have either
statutes or case law on the books regarding a party thrower’s liability. Come find out about Oregon’s social host liability laws and
learn how you can minimize your risk when you throw parties.
