What: 10th Annual Nonprofit and Social Services Fair
When: Wednesday, November 3, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Where: Smith Memorial Student Union (SMSU) Ballroom, 3rd Floor
Join us for an opportunity for students who are interested in social interests to network with nonprofit organizations at the PSU Career Center and the Institute for Nonprofit Management’s 10th Annual Nonprofit and Social Services Career Fair. This event gives students the chance to speak with a diverse group of representatives about career opportunities, internships and volunteer experiences.
There will be two panel presentations during the day, which will focus on “Nonprofit Careers: Moving From Volunteer to Employee” and “Careers and Sustainability.” Attendees should come prepared to make a good first impression with several copies of their resume, along with: cover letters, reference lists, and their portfolio (if applicable).
This event is free to the attendees.
For more information about the event, contact the PSU Career Center Recruiting Coordinator Terri Bennett at email@example.com or 503-725-4613.
