Submit an Event

To submit an event to be listed on Portland State's main online events calendar, please follow directions below for specific areas of the university.

To submit an announcement to appear on Campus Messages (i.e., when you view webmail), follow these directions.

College of Liberal Arts & Sciences (CLAS) Events

For events related to CLAS or any of its departments, programs, centers or institutes, send complete event details, including title, start time, end time, date, description, location, price and contact information to CLAS Events.

Maseeh College of Engineering & Computer Science (MCECS) Events

For events related to the MCECS or any of its departments, programs, centers or institutes, send complete event details, including title, start time, end time, date, description, location, price and contact information to Danielle Cox.

College of Urban and Public Affairs (CUPA) Events
