Dr. Roger Chen joins the OMC
The OMC welcomes Roger Chen as Faculty Researcher at PSU, in partnership with ODOT to work on travel demand modeling research. Dr. Chen received his PhD from the University of Maryland in 2007 and was most recently a post-doctoral researcher at Northwestern University.
