Certificates of Completion

Complement your skills and experience with one or more Training and Development Certificates of Completion. The certificate programs are designed for prospective and practicing trainers of adults who want to develop effective employee/volunteer training programs. Three 15-credit certificates of completion, each with a distinct training focus, are offered. Program participants may focus on training theory and design, intercultural training or online training.  

Certificates of Completion offered include  

  • Training and Development
  • eLearning Design and Development
  • Intercultural Training

Students may earn one or all three Training and Development Certificates of Completion comprised of one to two core courses, two to three specialization courses and electives. In addition, Training and Development courses taken for graduate credit may be applied as a thematic specialization in the Postsecondary, Adult & Continuing Education (PACE) master's degree program.
