Generous scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students who are studying Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, and Turkish are available beginning this term. There are 4 undergraduate awards of $10,000 plus $5,000 living allowance, and 2 graduate awards for $18,000 and $15,000 living allowance.
These fellowships are available to undergraduate and graduate students in any department who are pursuing a course of academic study which requires Middle East-related advanced foreign language and area studies training and who plan to use the training and language skills for graduate study or a career in an international field. We are especially interested in reaching students focused on Middle East language and area studies from a wide range of majors and professional schools. Please help by encouraging well-qualified students to apply.
