The Educational Leadership and Policy Department (ELP) offers a Master of Science or Master of Arts* in Education with a specialization in Educational Leadership.

* Master of Arts degree requires proficiency in a foreign language. The Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures (503-725-3522) administers the language examination taken any time prior to one's final term.
Liang Meng, an international student from China, is now pursuing his master’s
degree in Educational Leadership. To practice his learning, he also engages in
serving the Chinese community. He is president of Chinese Student and Scholar
Association. He also does an internship in many local schools, where he
practices his knowledge from Educational Leadership program.
Thapnakvatey Prak was born and raised in Phnom Penh,
the capital city of Cambodia.
She is studying for a master’s in Educational Leadership
and Policy under the Fulbright Scholarship Program at PSU. Her interest is in
assisting students to get the most out of academia through in-class and out-of-class experiences. She wishes to utilize her knowledge and
experiences from the US
to create an educational environment that nurtures social entrepreneurship that
is necessary for the development of her beloved country.
