Fully online courses for early childhood professionals
Would you like to further your professional development in the field of early childhood care and education? Our online early childhood courses are designed to offer in-depth, research-based knowledge on key areas for early childhood professionals working with children birth to eight. All of the courses are developed in partnership with the Graduate School of Education (Curriculum and Instruction Department, Special Education Department, and the Early Childhood Training Center).

Program benefits
As a member of this program, you will:
- Enhance your knowledge and skills in working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers and young children
- Discover exciting ways to engage young children in active learning
- Deepen your understanding and acquire skills to work in a special education setting with young children, birth to three, and their families
- Increase your knowledge of research-based practice
- Courses may be used as credit towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree (with your academic advisor's approval)
Upon completion, of six 3-credit online ECE courses in the series, students are eligible to receive the Certificate of Completion in Early Childhood Education (non-licensure).
