Dr. Andre Rossi de Oliveira received his Ph.D. from the University of
Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is on leave from the University of
Brasilia in Brazil. His research and teaching focus on applied
microeconomics, including the economics of regulation and industrial
organization.
