Carbon Taxes

Pricing carbon is a critical step to reduce climate change and carbon taxes are a key pricing instrument. The Oregon Economists’ Letter in Support of a Carbon Tax in Oregon argues for implementing a largely revenue neutral carbon tax in Oregon.
