Lost and Found

The Campus Public Safety Office is PSU’s official university lost and found area. All items are checked in and out of our database. If you have lost an item please check the Lost & Found Database periodically, if you have found your item and wish to claim your item, please follow these instructions.

Bring your PSU ID or a valid ID with you to the Public Safety Office, located at 1939 SW Broadway.

You can only claim items on the following days:

• Monday: 10:00am to 2:00pm
• Wednesday: 9:00am to 2:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am to 2:00pm

If you have lost your keys, wallet, purse, or medical supplies you can call 503-725-4407 anytime. Public Safety will make an effort to contact the owner on identifiable property.

To save time, leave a message on the Lost & Found line at 503-725-4435 of the color/characteristics of item(s) found on your search query, (Calls will be returned Monday from 10am till 2pm, and Wednesday and Friday from 9am till 2pm only)

PSU/Higher One ID Policy

All PSU ID’s and Higher One cards will be turned in to the ID/Parking window located in Neuberger Hall, without owner notification, within 24 hrs of receipt.

Storage Policy

All lost and found items will be held for a minimum of 30 days after which they may be destroyed or donated to a charitable organization. Bicycles will be held for a minimum of 90 days.
