Then click "PSU Alert Emergency Notification System"
Alter any fields that you would like to update.
OPT-OUT
At the bottom of the PSU Alert page in Personal Information,
there is a check box with the label, "Check here to remove ALL your
information from the PSU Alert system: " (see attached screen shot).
Checking the check box and clicking on Submit will opt you out of PSU
ALERT.
If you have forgotten or lost your PSU ID or PIN please call
Admissions and Registration at 503-725-3511, or go to the
window of the
Office of Admissions and Registration in the lobby of Neuberger Hall
during business hours, with two pieces of ID, including a photo ID. (https://banweb.pdx.edu/genhelp/hwgholgi.htm)
If you do not have access to PSU Information System and have
received an alert, please email me at emucpso@pdx.edu with the phone
number, and/or email address that you wish to remove and I can help
work the problem out.
