FAQ: What are the eligibility requirements for Summer Housing?
If you are a new, incoming University Housing resident, you must be taking classes during Summer Term in order to be eligible for summer term housing.

If you are a new First Year PSU student 19 yrs or younger taking classes during the summer, you may live in University Housing. At the start of Fall term you will be required to move to your new housing assignment in the First Year Experience (FYE), or Global Village Program. FYE and Global Village rooms are used for conferencing in the summer months and therefore we are unable to move you into your academic year placement during the summer.

If you are a current resident, and are taking classes during the preceding Spring term and the following Fall term you may continue to live in housing over the summer without being required to enroll in classes.
