If you see crime occurring on campus and you would like to report it, please fill out the form below. Information submitted via this form is only reviewed by the Public Safety Office during regular business hours. If you have information which requires an urgent response, please call ext. 5-4404 on campus or in an emergency 9-911 or 911.
