The Division of Public Administration and Center for Public Service at Portland State University are pleased to announce a newly designed certificate in Health Systems and Public Health Management (HS & PHM), an online certificate of completion program.

The certificate in HS & PHM is especially designed to be relevant to current and aspiring managers seeking to expand or acquire new tools and skills to effectively manage people and programs in today’s rapidly changing and challenging health srvices landscape.

The HS & PHM certificate of completion program consists of 6 courses worth 18 graduate level credits offered by the Division of Public Administration and Center for Public Service at Portland State University. These courses can be taken individually or participants can take all of the courses and receive a certificate verifying completion of the program.
