Summer Dining & Catering Options
Campus Dining ofers a wide variety of culinary selections and a wide array of service options for groups including traditional dining hall, buffet-style dining, and catering services.
During the summer non-catered meals will be served at Victor's, located in Ondine, a convenient and affordable dining option for groups. We offer an all-you-care-to-eat buffet with a diverse menu—including vegetarian and vegan options. Please contact us to discuss the best dining options for your group!
Breakfast: A typical breakfast will include a choice of cold cereal, fruit, a selection of breakfast bakeries, rotating hot entree including pancakes, egg dishes, and french toast. Beverages will include coffee, tea, soda, juice, milk, and water.
Lunch: Lunch typically includes both hot and cold entree options, salad bar, deli bar, comfort food, and daily specials and desserts.
Dinner: The meal options will be a rotating set of options including a salad bar, deli bar, rotating hot and cold entrees, steamed vegetables, assorted deserts and beverages.
On weekends, two meals are served daily, brunch and dinner. Brunch will consist of a combination of the best of breakfast and lunch.
