Conference Office Information
Summer Housing and Conferencing Office
The Summer Housing and Conferencing Office is located on the 2nd floor of the Broadway Building, Suite 210 in the University Housing Office. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am – 10:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 3:00pm – 10:00pm. All arrangements for your accommodations are made through this office. The office phone number is (503) 725-4336.
Conference Staff
Conference Staff members are available to assist you with requests or questions you may have about your accommodations or the campus. If the office is closed, or it is after hours and you have an emergency (i.e. lock out), you may reach the Guest Services Assistant on call at (503) 703-5523.
