Schedule Your On-Campus Event

Thank you for your interest in holding your event at Portland State University. An online request system is available to book meeting space at the Smith Memorial Student Union; follow the link below to fill out your request:

This will provide our event planners with the necessary contact info and basic logistical demands of your event. It takes only a few minutes to fill out. Once complete, you will be contacted within 3 business days to work out the final details and confirm your booking.

Self-Scheduling Spaces

If you would like to hold your event in one of the following buildings, you will need to schedule directly with the planners of those spaces.

  • The Urban Center
  • The Ondine (summer only)
  • The Native American Center
  • The Simon Benson House
  • The School of Education Building
  • The Portland State Business Accelerator Conference Room
  • The Community Recreation Field
  • The School of Business Building
