Newsweek magazine has ranked Portland State University among the top 25 gay-friendly schools in the country.
PSU came in at No. 20 on the list for its acceptance of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender students and its campus-wide awareness programs.
The University's Queer Resource Center provides support to students, faculty and staff along the gender and sexuality spectrum and promotes queer awareness on campus.
