Submit a Class Proposal

Learn to teach. Teach to learn. We are currently accepting class proposals for Winter 2014 and Spring 2014 on a rolling basis. Final deadline for Winter 2014 is June 1, 2013; final deadline for Spring 2014 will be during Summer 2013. We will not offer classes during Summer and Fall 2013. If you are interested in submitting a class proposal for Winter or Spring 2014, please submit a course abstract ASAP (see below for more details).

If you are interested in proposing a Chiron Studies class, you may wish to schedule a meeting with the currest Chiron Studies Coordinator by using our contact form (above); or attend an informational meeting. Please read the Class Proposal Guidelines (below) before doing so.

If you are interested in proposing a class for Winter or Spring 2014, please submit an abstract, including your name and PSU standing (year, major) for the term during which you are proposing to instruct your class, as well as a class title and 150-220 word description. This information will be useful in gauging the number of class proposals we will receive for a givent term, and it will be helpful in tracking the progress of your proposal. This abstract will not be considered as part of your proposal, but please submit it as early as you can for the purposes stated above.
