Steve Brook is the President of Atainium, a business consulting firm passionate about helping companies to execute on their most important initiatives. He holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Chicago and a BS in Industrial Technology from Purdue University. Steve is an accomplished leader with 25 years of diverse consulting and executive experience, leading organizations to achieve ambitious goals. He is a natural enabler always working to improve the capabilities of the organizations and skilled at integrating people, processes, and technology to deliver tangible results. He is also passionate about making organizations more effective so they focus on doing the right things in the best possible way. Steve has worked with business leaders and executives of organizations such as Nike, Kroger, Albertsons, Nautilus, US Bank, Salem Health, and Fiserv. He is a certified PMP and an adjunct professor teaching project management at Portland State University.

She has 20-plus years of instructional and program design experience in public and private sectors. With Paul Spindel, Ms. Twigger teaches “Creating the Life You Want” workshops. She works as a coach and mentor with people who are trying to change the course of their lives. Her mission is “behold, ask, learn, create, share, connect.”

He holds a BS in industrial engineering from Oregon State University and completed advanced training at the University of Idaho and Stanford University. Mr. Sarazin has held leadership positions with ALCOA, PACCAR, PGE, and Mutual Health Systems, Inc. He is an accomplished author and trainer, and his most recent publication, Action with Traction, is available on Amazon. Mr. Sarazin has been active in his profession and the community, and is a youth soccer coach.

Paul Spindel is principal at Paul Spindel LLC, focusing on management and supervisory development. He holds an MA in organizational communications and is a certified facilitator of the Myers Briggs assessment and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Instrument. Mr. Spindel has over 18 years of human resources experience with Marriott and Nike. With Tonia Twigger, he teaches "Creating the Life You Want" workshops helping folks figure out what to do with their lives. He conducts workshops aimed at creating an environmentally sustainable, socially just, and spiritually fulfilling human presence on this planet. His mission is to "touch hearts, challenge minds, and incite laughter."

Ed Warnock, MA, is a senior manager at the consulting firm Genesis Group. He has more than 20 years experience in consulting and business management. His expertise includes operations strategy, large-scale re-engineering, IT compliance and adoption planning, performance management, leadership training, and all aspects of transition management. He is a past president of the ASTD-Cascadia Chapter and teaches in the Oregon Executive MBA program. Mr. Warnock holds a BS in aerospace engineering and received his master’s degree in whole systems design/organizational systems renewal from Antioch University in Seattle, Washington.
