About This Course

Successful project managers must be adept at building trust, making and keeping agreements, encouraging productivity, and resolving conflict among project team members. In addition, identifying individual values and boundaries, establishing clear decision-making protocols, and using appropriate decision strategies are all project leadership requirements within the project team.

This interactive course covers the art of leadership in the project team and provides students with the leadership skills and tools needed to develop their own leadership style.
