Tami Boedigheimer has an undergraduate degree in economics and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Portland. She recently held the position of president for Columbia Willamette Compensation Group, an affiliated group of World at Work, and is currently a group partnership liaison and board member for World at Work. Before establishing a career and consulting practice in employee compensation, Ms. Boedigheimer spent over ten years in corporate accounting and finance in the high-tech industry. Since starting her own practice she has worked for companies as small as 40 employees and as large as 10,000. Her work spans a variety of industries, including health care, high tech, banking, public utilities, and manufacturing. Ms. Boedigheimer teaches the Compensation course.
