Rand Schenck Organizational Development Partnering for Success  Human Resource Management Center for Executative and Professional Education Portland State UniversityJean "Rand" Schenk, MS, specializes in organization development services that include organization assessments, change management, strategic planning, group facilitation, team and leadership development, and executive coaching. Over the past 20 years, he has worked in a variety of settings, including public education, outdoor recreation and education, and inpatient psychiatry. For nine years he served as a senior organizational-development consultant and coach at Intel. Prior to joining Intel, Mr. Schenk consulted at Duke University, where he led a large-scale change initiative, and Burroughs Wellcome. He holds two graduate degrees in the behavioral sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
