WM405 Digital Media Integration
Consumer behavior and business requirements to engage audiences are constantly evolving. Learn the latest techniques in content marketing, storytelling and growing audiences to keep them engaged. This class is HANDS-ON and works on two pre-chosen local PDX brands, developing a complete and advanced digital marketing strategy. Work from a project brief co-developed by the instructor and the local businesses that presents real-world experience for students and pro-bono strategies for local brands that need your expertise in digital marketing. Students must present their work to the business on the final day of class. Laptops are required, and wireless access is available onsite.

Instructor: Bryan Rhoads
Bryan Rhoads is a senior digital strategist for Intel focused on social and emerging media. He has led the Intel Digital Innovation Program responsible for driving online leadership opportunities between marketing and IT; he created the Intel Digital IQ digital marketing curriculum and is a member of the Intel Social Media Center of Excellence. At Intel, Mr. Rhoads led a four-year project with MIT that researched online trust and digital marketing strategies. He sits on the executive board of the Internet Strategy Forum, the Center for Consumer Research at St. Joseph’s University, and the marketing advisory track at Northeastern University.
WM405 is the final course in the Digital Marketing Strategies certificate and requires that registrants have successfully completed WM401, WM411, and WM403.
