She is experienced in coaching executives and leaders with managing organizational change. She has held adjunct faculty positions with The University of Portland and Washington State University.


Notes
This class can be used to obtain your advanced certificate in Human Resource Management (HRM). After completing six classes in the HRM certificate, students may take an additional two classes (Change Management, Organizational Development: Partnering for Success, Conflict Resolution for HR Professionals, Change and Culture) and obtain to receive the advanced certification.
