HR professionals are often seen as the change agents within organizations and are often ask to initiate new projects and initiatives through out the organization. This class will provide you tools to effectively manage change. You will explore key theories and learn the practical application in your day-to-day work.

Instructor: Sarah Stebbins
Sarah Stebbins, PhD, has more than 20 years of experience developing and delivering training programs, having designed over 100 workshops and seminars, and facilitating teams. She is experienced in coaching executives and leaders with managing organizational change. She has held adjunct faculty positions with the University of Portland and Washington State University.
This class can be used to obtain your advanced certificate in Human Resource Management (HRM). After completing six classes in the HRM certificate, students may take an additional two classes (Change Management, Organizational Development: Partnering for Success, Conflict Resolution for HR Professionals, Change and Culture) and obtain to receive the advanced certification.
