Dr. Toshimitsu Shigemura

Dr. Shigemura is professor in the Graduate School of International Culture and Communication Studies at Waseda University in Tokyo, and a renowned scholar of North Korea. He will present a Japanese perspective on the current situation in North Korea.  He will discuss Ÿ
