Library Media Master's Degree

We are no longer accepting applications for the master's in Library Media. If you are interested in earning your masters at PSU, consider the Curriculum and Instruction masters degree (both online and on campus). You may use Library Media endorsement courses as electives in this program. For more information or if you are a current student looking to complete your degree, contact Elizabeth Snyder.

The Library Media Master’s Degree can be added to the Endorsement with some extra coursework.

Highlights of the program

  • Practical experience: Apply classroom ideas and advanced study to your educational media center
  • Experienced instructors: Learn from qualified school personnel and PSU faculty currently implementing and studying aspects emphasized in the program
  • Collegial environment: Network and support one another more effectively by participating with colleagues throughout the entire program in a educational community
  • Distance delivery: As master's classes are moved partially online, decide when to study and interact with your professors and classmates—days, evenings, or weekends—anywhere there's a personal computer and an internet connection.
