Human Services Professionals

Continuing Education provides programming for human services professionals. Programs and workshops are designed for counselors, private practitioners, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, substance abuse counselors, nurses, and other health care professionals. Human Services offerings provide credit and noncredit courses that may be applied towards continuing education units. Continuing Education works closely with professional organizations such as the National Board for Certified Counselors, National Association of Social Workers, Oregon Dispute Resolution Commission, and Addiction Counselor Certification Board of Oregon to ensure program certification.

Programs for human services professionals: Programs are available that lead to certificates of completion and graduate certificates in addictions, therapy with adoptive and foster families, clinical supervision, interpersonal neurobiology, and more.

It is calculated as:

1 contact hour = 0.1 CEUs
