The Early Childhood Training Center (ECTC) at Portland State University is uniquely prepared to assist your agency in designing and implementing programs and systems for high-quality infant, toddler and family services. Since 1995, ECTC has supported the needs of the Early Head Start community with development, training, and consultation services. ECTC's experienced directors, staff and consultants have a widely respected history of providing EHS start-up consultation for Early Head Start programs both regionally and nationally.
