Center for Student Success - Professional Learning Teams

Professional Learning Teams (PLTs) support student learning through teacher collaboration and are proven to be effective and sustainable initiatives for accomplishing individual, school, and district goals.

The Center for Student Success assists schools and districts based on the experience level of existing or forming teacher teams. Programming is designed for teams at all levels of collaboration – from beginning to advanced stages. Workshops, mentoring, and training are tailored to individual school or district needs. Teachers and administrators who complete the program are ready to provide school-level leadership in the development of teacher-led improvement of classroom instruction.
