Miguel Figliozzi, Civil and Environmental Engineering faculty, with his research graduate assistants Wei Feng, Adam Moore and Pam Johnson, presented four papers at the Northwest Transportation Conference at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Feb 7-9. Feng presented “A Methodology to Measure Arterial Traffic Volume and Intersection Delays Integrating Traffic, Signal Timing, and Bus Transit Probe Data” (Feng, Figliozzi); Moore presented “Using a High Resolution Arterial Traffic Data to Visualize Vehicle Platooning and the Onset of Congestion” (Moore, Figliozzi, Bigazzi); Johnson presented “Developing a Statewide Bicycle and Pedestrian Data Collection System in Oregon” (Johnson, Figliozzi,  Monsere, Nordback, Blanc); and Figliozzi presented “Evaluating the performance of 2070 Signal Controllers to Count Pedestrians and Bicyclists at ODOT Intersections” (Figliozzi, Johnson, Monsere, Nordback, Blanc).
