Maseeh College takes pride in fostering high-quality education and research opportunities for students. Our faculty is committed to working closely with students within a collaborative and diverse environment that reflects the values, challenges, and excitement of the engineering workplace.

Whether in the classroom, laboratory, or on the job as interns, undergraduate and graduate students are never far away from the innovation, creativity, and energy of a university community that values hard work, high standards, and practical results.

Quality and attention to student and community needs are at the core of the Maseeh College education and research experience. Our programs place a premium on flexible class schedules, specialized disciplines of study, interactions with working engineers, and research that companies say is essential to their future success.

Maseeh College has responded to student needs by moving quickly to integrate education and research with a hands-on, industry-connected curriculum. Innovative research laboratories, dozens of new scholarships and internship opportunities, creative young research faculty, and professors with senior positions in industry have all been added during the past five years.

The Northwest Center for Engineering, Science and Technology, the focal point for engineering and computer science education and research in Portland, officially opened on May 9, 2006.
