The Fariborz Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science at Portland State University evolved in parallel with the growth of the high-tech industry in Oregon. This proximity to industry allows students to take advantage of an array of internships, networking opportunities and other benefits of an urban campus.

Undergraduate students can also participate in cutting-edge research, community-based learning projects and opportunities to develop new ideas from proposal to prototype through the college's Innovation Program.
