Communities Supporting Youth, a Collaborative of the All Hands Raised Partnership

Communities Supporting Youth is a cross-sector collaborative of people working at various levels in diverse organizations that aims to align and increase school and community supports – for children, youth and their families – that contribute to academic and life success with a focus on eliminating disparities.

As of March 2014, the Center for Improvement of Child and Family Services will no longer serve in the role of Convening Partner for the Communities Supporting Youth Collaborative. The SUN Service System Coordinating Council will assume the role as Primary Convener for this collaborative. The Center for Improvement of Child and Family Services continues to be supportive of the All Hands Raised Partnership and its work to improve educational outcomes in Multnomah County.

This web page is currently under construction and will soon transition to the SUN Service System Coordinating Council website.
