- The National Business and Disability Council — Leading resource for employers seeking to integrate people with disabilities into the workplace and companies seeking to reach them in the consumer marketplace. Job seekers can post resumes and search through job listings from member organizations.
- The Employer Assistance & Recruiting Network — Free service that connects employers looking for quality employees with skilled job candidates.
- Federal Jobs Net — Information and employment opportunities within the federal government for people with disabilities.
- Office of Personnel Management — Opportunities within the federal government for people with disabilities.
- U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Disability Employment and Policy (OEDP) — Job openings and employers interested in recruiting and hiring qualified individuals with disabilities.
- Oregon Office of Vocational Rehabilitation — Assists people with disabilities in Oregon to achieve and maintain employment and independence. Provides vocational counseling and guidance, information and referral and job development and job search assistance.
- Job Accommodation Network (JAN) — Free consulting service that provides information about job accommodations, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the employability of people with disabilities.
- Incight — Headquartered in Portland this organization provide information on scholarships, internships, jobs and eMentoring as well as other information relevant to people with disabilities.

Internship and Volunteer Experiences
- Booz Allen Hamilton's Emerging Leaders Internship Program — Supports college students with disabilities through paid summer internships and leadership development opportunities.
- ENTRY POINT! American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) — Offers outstanding internship opportunities for students with disabilities in science, engineering, mathematics, computer science, and some fields of business.
- The Microsoft - Federal AAPD IT Internship Program — Open to any college or university student with a disability who has demonstrated an interest in an IT career. Interns are selected through a competitive application and interview process.
- The Washington Center — Provides a total of 50 competitive scholarship awards in the amount of $7,430 for students with disabilities interested in working in the executive, judicial or legislative branches of the federal government during the spring 2005 and fall 2005 semesters (scholarships are not available in the summer).

Professional Associations
- American Association of People with Disabilities — Largest national nonprofit cross-disability membership organization in the United States. They work to ensure economic self-sufficiency and political empowerment for all disabled Americans.

On-Campus and Local Resources
- PSU Disability Resource Center — Provides students with disabilities provides pre-admission counseling, academic planning, and a variety of academic accommodations.
- Disability Advocacy Cultural Association (DACA) — Service and advocacy student group that provides resources as well as opportunities for students with disabilities to connect with other students, to plan and/or participate in campus and community events.
- Independent Living Resources — Offers advocacy, information and referral, peer counseling and skills training. ILR serves people with all disabilities.
- Oregon Commission for the Blind — Assists visually impaired Oregonians with independent living, successful employment and social self-sufficiency.
- Oregon Advocacy Center — Nonprofit organization which provides legal advocacy services to people with disabilities in Oregon.
