Career and Job Fairs for Employers

Portland State University holds a variety of Career and Job Fairs throughout the year and welcomes businesses, non-profits, and government organizations to attend. We invite you to share information about your internship, part-time, and full-time opportunities, as well as information about your organization, profession, or industry. Fairs are widely publicized throughout campus and are regularly attended by over 900 students at each.

Upcoming Fairs

Fall Career and Internship Fair - Tuesday, October 29th, 2013

Join us for our 3rd annual Fall and Internship Fair. This traditional winter fair attracts approximately 1,200 students and alumni every year. Organizations are welcome to participate if they have immediate job openings, winter/spring/summer internships, or are interested in attracting candidates expecting to graduate in the spring.

Engineering and Technology Job Fair - Monday, October 28th, 2013 and Wednesday, February 12th, 2014

This is an opportunity for employers to connect with students from engineering, computer science, and related majors. Employers seeking candidates from a variety of technical majors at PSU are welcome to register and participate in this exciting new recruiting opportunity.

Nonprofit Fair - Thursday, November 7th, 2013

The Nonprofit Fair is an annual event sponsored by PSU Advising & Career Services. Employers will provide information on career positions, internships, and volunteer opportunities in the nonprofit sector.

All Majors Career Fair - Thursday, February 13th, 2014

This All Majors Fair is the 26th annual fair sponsored by Advising & Career Services. Employers recruit students and alumni for job openings, and share career and job-related information.

Pre-Health and Volunteer Fair / TBA, Spring 2014

The Portland Pre-Health Society (PPS) and PSU Advising & Career Services will host its 9th Annual Pre-Health and Volunteer Fair at Portland State University. For a list of participants who attended in 2013, please click here.

3rd Annual Spring Career Fair / TBA, Spring 2014

We are excited to provide the opportunity to connect employers with students eager for summer/internship opportunities and jobs, especially for those students who are graduating this spring. Students and alumni from all majors will have an opportunity to meet employers from a variety of industries, including private-industry, government and non-profit organizations.
