The Property Management and Leasing team provides support for tenant-occupied property on campus, including preparing financial statements for university leasing activity.

Mission

The mission of Property Management and Leasing is to provide courteous and timely service to internal and external tenants.

Resources

Concerns from current tenants regarding work or service to a leased space should be submitted via the Facilities & Planning Work Order Request System.

Questions regarding available office space for lease within the University District should be directed to Don Johansen.

Questions regarding space planning should be directed to Anne Bergelin.
