The Bursar's Office provides University support services with four teams: Cashiering Services, Student Accounts, Student Collections and ID Card Services.

Purchasing and Contracting

Contracts, PSU corporate VISA and Costco card, Purchasing guidelines, vendor maintenance, formal IRBs and RFPs, and records retention.

Research Accounting

Post-award administration for research grants.

Specialized Accounting

The Specialized Accounting Office provides support to the PSU community with four teams: Accounts Payable, Travel, Departmental Accounting and Fixed Assets Accounting (Property Control).

Fiscal Analysis, Systems Development and Training

Fiscal analysis and reporting; computer support and application development for BAO and Office of Finance and Administration; desktop and server support for BAO; individual and group training for Banner FIS users and online training resources.

Property Management and Leasing & Risk Management

Property Management and Leasing & Risk Management provides campus support for tenant-occupied property on campus, including preparing financial statements for university leasing activity.
