If you graduated from high school or would have graduated from high school in or after 1997, you must demonstrate proficiency in a second language by having completed two years of foreign language while in high school. If you do not meet this admissions requirement, the requirement will be deferred and must be met by completing two quarters of a foreign language at college-level prior to graduation from PSU.
