The math placement chart is used to assist you in deciding which math or statistics course you are prepared to take. The Mathematics and Statistics Department also offers two
math/statistics placement exams for entry level courses. This
self-assessment information is used for placement in MTH 70, 95, 105,
and 111. For placement in STAT 243, students should be at the MTH 111
entry level. Please contact the Mathematics and Statistics Department
