Major advising

You must complete the requirements for one of the majors offered by PSU in order to graduate. All academic departments provide advising for their majors. Some majors require coursework that is best started during your first year. A delay in choosing a major could add to the time and expense of completing a degree. Once you have been to New Student Orientation and seen an adviser in the Undergraduate Advising and Support Center (UASC), you will be advised by your academic department about all your graduation requirements. Contact your major department for information about advising services.
