GPA calculationThe GPA is based on the total number of quality points earned divided by the total number of credit hours accumulated. For each course, multiply the point value of the letter grade by the number of credit hours for the course (see this table for point values). Then total the quality points for the term and divide by the total credits for the term to get your term GPA. To calculate your cumulative GPA, add the credit hours for all terms and the grade points for all terms in separate columns. Divide the total grade points by the total credit hours.
