As a freshman your first academic advising session occurs at Orientation: Advising & Registration (OAR). These sessionsare offered every term and they are your first opportunity to learn about graduation requirements and to meet with an academic adviser.
After attending an OAR session you can see an adviser in the Undergraduate Advising and Support Center (UASC). The UASC advisers will advise you on University, general education, and degree requirements. All academic departments provide advising for their majors. You will need to contact your major department for major-specific requirements.
