Indigenous Traditions & the First Foods
Sponsored by: SLC Food Systems Task Force & community partners
Location: Native American Student & Community Center
Time: 11am-1pm
Transitioning us into the holiday weekend, we hope to create an open and celebratory dialogue highlighting indigenous traditions around food and the holiday of Thanksgiving! We will be exploring different ways of giving thanks, and underlining the importance of diverse perspectives.
