The division of University Advancement coordinates the external outreach of the university with responsibility for fundraising, and alumni relations.

University Advancement is led by the Vice President who serves as the chief advancement officer of the university. Working closely with the private PSU Alumni Association and the PSU Foundation, the Vice President collaborates with the campus and external communities to advance and support the university's mission.
