u.Select Course Equivalency System


u.Select provides transfer course equivalency information and degree progress reports.

Course Equivalency tables are available to identify course transferability and equivalency. Programs (degree audit reports) are available that outline PSU degree and major requirements. Also, students may create individual accounts, by keying in or importing transfer credits, and requesting a Plan (degree audit report) which details how transfer credits apply toward meeting degree and major requirements. These Plans will identify complete and incomplete requirements and will provide information on which courses can be taken at Portland State (or at a specified transfer school) to satisfy remaining unmet requirements.

The evaluations generated by u.Select are unofficial.

Here are some tips on using u.Select to plan your transfer.

The notes below will help you as you navigate the u.Select web pages:

Proceed to u.Select. 

You may use certain functions, such as Quick Equivalencies or Find a Program, in the left hand menu without creating a user account. 

You may choose the Create Account option to build your own individual account. Once your account is created you may add individual courses or import courses you have taken in the Courses section.  

Once the transfer courses are entered, account members may choose Create a Plan to access degree audit reports that identify transfer course applicability and degree progress.
