- were previously admitted to Portland State
- attended Portland State subsequent to your admission
- have been absent more than 4 consecutive terms
- attended another college or university since leaving Portland State

If you have not attended another college or university you may re-enroll simply by registering for classes online, unless there is an academic or financial hold. Please make sure that your address and contact information are up to date.
