are not seeking a degree
have never attended Portland State
plan to enroll in fewer than 8 credits per term or 21 in summer term
do not plan to receive financial aid

With your application you must submit a non-refundable $25 application fee; you will be required to pay this fee with a Visa or Mastercard. Alternately, you may download a paper application to pay with check or money order.
