International applicants who plan to have F-1 or J-1 student visas are required to submit documentation of adequate financial support for at least the first year of study.

If your first language is not English, or your primary and secondary education were in a different language, you must submit proof of English language proficiency.

The state of Oregon requires proof of Measles vaccination or valid exemption for all enrolled students.

Your admission letter will include a user ID and password which you will use to create your PSU student account.

If admitted, you will receive notification of your admission via email to the email address you provided.

Notify PSU of your immigration status and provide required financial documentation where applicable.

You can apply for housing even before you are admitted!

Along with their own set of official transcripts, your department may require test scores, personal statements and letters of reccommendation.

To complete your application with the university, you must submit an official transcript from each post-secondary institution you have attended to the office of Admissions, Registration & Records.
